It’s been way too long since I’ve posted here…work has been beyond busy, and I’m trying to find a way to do it all, stay balanced, and follow my own advice for de-stressing that I write about in my upcoming book, Chill.

I’m going to be making some changes to the format and frequency of the SGK newsletter, and will be sending out an announcement about that soon. In the meantime, I’m flying back to my hometown of Reading, PA next week. My high school is giving me the honor of being inducted into the Alumni Honor Roll, which is so exciting for me. (Ironic too, since I never actually managed to make honor roll while I was a student there!) I cannot wait to go back and visit my old school, see some favorite teachers, and experience high school from a completely different perspective.
